1. Authorization to Obtain Credit Reports

By using getbearcash.com and submitting a request to compare financing options, you authorize Cash Loans Bear, LLC and its third-party network providers to obtain consumer credit reports and related information about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies.

2. Reporting Agencies

Credit information may be obtained from the following major credit bureaus and/or alternative reporting agencies:

• TransUnion
• Experian
• Equifax
• Alternative credit reporting agencies, including but not limited to Teletrack, Clarity Services, or DataX

3. Soft vs. Hard Inquiries

Soft inquiry: The initial rate check performed through our Website uses a soft inquiry. Soft inquiries do not affect your credit score and are not visible to other lenders.

Hard inquiry: If you choose to proceed with a specific third-party provider, that provider may perform a hard credit inquiry as part of their underwriting process. Hard inquiries may appear on your credit report and can temporarily affect your credit score.

4. Ongoing Authorization

Your authorization permits providers to obtain credit reports at the time of your request and, if you proceed with an offer, at later times for purposes of account review, renewal, or collection.

5. Information Shared with Providers

When you submit a request, we may share the following types of information with network providers:

• Personal identification (name, address, date of birth)
• Contact information (phone, email)
• Employment and income information
• Banking details you provide
• Requested financing amount and purpose

6. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification and could constitute fraud.

7. Withdrawal of Authorization

You may withdraw this authorization at any time by contacting us at support@getbearcash.com or (833) 710-3200. However, withdrawal does not affect inquiries or actions already taken by providers.

8. FCRA Notice

This authorization is provided in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state laws. You have the right to obtain a copy of your credit report and to dispute any inaccurate information.
