1. APR Range

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for financing obtained through our network of third-party providers ranges from 5.99% to 35.99% for qualified consumers. Your actual APR depends on the provider, your credit profile, income, loan amount, and repayment term.

Not all applicants will qualify for the lowest rate. Cash Loans Bear, LLC does not set APRs — these are determined solely by the third-party provider.

2. Repayment Terms

Repayment periods range from a minimum of 91 days to a maximum of 72 months. Shorter terms generally carry lower total interest costs, while longer terms result in lower monthly payments but higher total interest.

4. Types of Fees

Third-party providers may charge some or all of the following. Cash Loans Bear does not control these fees:

• Origination fees: A one-time fee charged when the financing is issued, often deducted from the disbursement.
• Late payment fees: Charged if a payment is not received by the due date.
• Prepayment penalties: Some providers charge a fee for paying off the balance early; others do not.
• NSF/Returned payment fees: Charged if a payment is returned for insufficient funds.

Always review the provider's full fee schedule before accepting any offer.

5. No Hidden Fees from Cash Loans Bear

Cash Loans Bear, LLC does not charge consumers any fees for using our marketplace. Our service is free. We are compensated by third-party providers for connecting them with consumers.

6. Right to Decline

You are never obligated to accept any offer. Review all terms carefully and decline any offer that does not meet your needs.
